Costly 1-800-Flowers' FLWS Valentine's Day Snafu:

It's a week later and 1-800-Flowers is still attempting to make up for their epic fail this Valentine's Day. The retailer sent more than 1,000 individual apologies on Twitter and Facebook, but customers say it doesn't cut it.

Not only did the e-commerce flower retailer fail to deliver, when trying to contact customer service phone lines were unavailable and e-mails received automated replies, but to top it off customers also received no deliveries, wilted flowers and incorrect card messages.
