In my view, the nanoviricides are the property solely of Theracour. NNVC's existence hinges on (among other things) the goodwill of Theracour. Determined lawyers can break any licensing agreement if it means big $. Therefore, the more NNVC shares owned by the Diwan family the better. The purchases by Dr. Diwan are important, even if largely symbolic. It would be nice if he continued to buy until his share count reached the level owned previously.

As an aside, even though I consider them unlikely, I can see scenarios where the union of NNVC and Theracour is broken. But these scenarios would give alert stockholders plenty of warning.

Everyone here should have known this all along.
