Richard Brown... Does anybody else think that he is involved in all this.
I do find it interesting that his only client is QTN and i have heard (have not verified) that Equity Relations was created for QTN. And also the fact that he is telling some people that he bought his shares, and others that he own no shares, and others that he was given the shares for payment. Something just doesnt add up with this guy. In addition the many things he would tell me that he completely lied about as well.
Just seems a little intriguing that his pleading ignorance about "knowing nothing" about QBID and "i know as much as you know" is getting a little to easy for him to say now and knows he is in deep in this.
As others say, when lawsuits are filed, his name is the one posted at the bottom of all the misleading PR's and in his words to me "i am involved in the writing of most PRs, whether i write them entirely or someone else helps out." So one would think Richard would be a little more worried about what is said if he is legally bound by that.
