What do you guys mean by AS?

Wyoming Secretary of State for Aaron's 4th AS increase in less than 2 years but this was the mother of all AS increases, from 4.35B common in Nevada but made it 30B when he changed states of incorporation and didn't tell shareholders a word about the move or the AS increase, well he apparently told one, but still has no business license in California where he claims to operate. The other 3 AS increases are on the Nevada papers and happened in the first 7 months of Aaron taking over.
