I'm running with a NTEK RESTRUCTURING strategy….involves-necessary A/S and obvious O/S change to accommodate the large marketing and infrastructure reworking costs which will be demanded to audit/uplist, install new CEO, debug CERTAIN glitches in products, and PAY the vendors/suppliers/talent to EXPAND the NTEK reach

THEN the share(or obligatory FINANCING) issue is COMPLETELY cleaned off the table for NTEK's future growth

this is my explanation for the "WHY" the PPS is dead in the water…or falling…with such a "GREAT" product line known to ALL……..

ALL OF THIS IS PREDICATED ON A fully functional set of NTEK's current product line……..WHICH as of today, is YET to be verified by the paying USERS of said "new" tech…so if NTEK can deliver the operational PROMISES, then a restructuring is warranted…….

the ONLY other scenario I see is a slow product "FLOP" death of a thousand CUTS, reflecting the recently excused Foley-like poor judgement ethics and the group that allowed it to continue……too many Foley invoked "weak" hands being held out for a piece of the share game pie….they have been meekly invited to NTEK to give the impression of a capable EXECUTIVE group….BUT THEY have said NOTHING………what SUCCESSFUL management EGO profile works this way?????????….ONE THAT IS OVERSHADOWED BY the code of SILENCE….or NO REPORTING STATUS that NTEK chose

..if the current group of execs had the PROPER integrity and control to build NTEK's image……..the news to the world wouldn't look so soft boiled and INSECURE as it does
