EXAGERATIONS from Jan. 31/14 video interview with MRIB CEO and Santiago Ramos, Zodiac Brands founder:

1. Marani is days away from rolling out its distribution of the product throughout California with Southern California being the first rollout of Marani's distribution THAT WAS OVER 3 WEEKS AGO!!

2. Marani has had huge demand and requests for the product REALLY, FROM WHO??? NIBODY BOUGHT IT SINCE 2001!!!

3. Dan Senters, VP of Sales, has created distribution lines through a few distributors and Marani Vodka will be rolling out in approximately 8 states on and off-premise WHICH STATES AND ARE THEY BUYING THE OVER 50,000 CASES THAT WERE DEMANDED???

4. Due to the fact that the product is in such high demand, Marani is having to bring the product that is prepared in Armenia into the U.S. first SO ALL 60,000 CASES SHOULD BE SEEN AS SALES ON THE FIRST QUARTER REPORT??

5. Marani is getting very close to pre-orders and the distributors are ready to go SHOULDN'T THE PRE ORDERS BE DONE?? ALL OF THE PRODUCT IS ALREADY SOLD, ACCORDING TO MAGGIE, THOSE ARE PRE ORDERS!!

6. Santiago Ramos has worked with Margarit for 10 years and he likes the fact that Marani Vodka has a concept, idea and a brand behind it HE WAS PART OF JUGGERNAUT??

7. Santiago is getting constant demands to do Marani Vodka events on the A-list level WHERE ARE THE A LISTERS?? THEY WERENT AT THE NEW YEARS EVENT!!!

8. Marani Brands and FINRA's office (OFDMI): All contracts that are related to press releases were submitted for review including Marani's international paperwork for mass distribution. After review, there were NO VIOLATIONS of the rules of FINRA or federal securities laws WHY DONT THEY HAVE ANY SALES IN BRAZIL AND THE DR???

9. Marani is days away from receiving the California distribution license which allows it to do distribution in other states and Dan Senters has already set up the necessary paperwork to submit to the different states that the product will be rolled out in LIES, MAGGIE STATED THIS IN JANUARY!!

10. There will be a slight delay to shipping international shipments due to the demand in U.S. at this point which is not a major issue for Marani since all of the partners in Brazil and Dominican Republic are willing to work with Marani to launch the brand with an appropriate fan fair and a launching of the brand the befits Marani IF 60,000 CASES AREN'T SOLD AS SOON AS THE CONTRACT IS ACTIVE, THIS IS A LIE LIE LIE!!
