SH it also causes other potential problems. You know as well as I that there are going to be that small group of people that always spends all their time keeping track of what other people do (seriously, do you know that there actually people that save every post that other people make so that they can look up everything they have every posted) and as soon as someone is in violation, the first thing they're going to do when they get up in the morning is start firing off emails and PM's demanding the 'posting jaywalker" be brought up on charges, and be drawn and quartered. Then there's going to be the madatory "revenge watch", where the guy punished spends all of HIS time keeping track of the guy who reported him, if he knows who it is. If he doesn't then he'll just keep watch on everyone.,. Now the "fun" begins, sides are drawn up and now we have different groups watching out for their friends, and keeping tabs on "the enemy".
Then there's the question of fairness. As soon as the first case happens where one guy is punished, and someone else isn't, you know what's going to happen.
The whole idea IMO is just a can of worms.
