TJ, I know you are a strong advocate of ELRA, but you must admit that dilution is killing the stock (e.g. the after hours post of that 310K trade at .0386). If that price went off during trading hours, the stock price would be in the 2's. So that is another 310K into the OS. This type of action occurs because there are no/zero buyers of the stock. As the price was rising, it was easy to dilute because there were buyers. Now that the buying has dried up, the company/MM must succumb to these tactics and dilute during trading hours and post it late so the price won't appear to be affected during today's trading hours. I am sure the price of this 310K trade will be reflected (negatively) in tomorrows stock price. Again, I won't buy until I the company reports the share structure.
