Regarding your NOT ACCEPTING CREDIT CARD;
1) yes, according to Jeff and pharmajanes business model, they are not accepting CC or/and debit
2) collectives may use their own discretions whether to accept Credit cards or/and debit
3) CREDIT CARDS/DEBITS are being used by other delivery services in Southern California (I know first hand)
I've posted about this before and my posts were deleted for whatever reasons. I also stated COD's were very well means of payment, but all The bashers said its illegal.
So, in all, Jeff may told you no credit cards, but doesn't mean it's not happening. (I don't care to debate the legal issues). Cause I know it's happening already!!!
