the market seems ABSOLUTELY tone deaf on the PPS…why???

with "reportedly" great tech product, and "reportedly" high optimism for revenue……..WHY does PPS act like a dog?????


to a standard, knowledgable investor this action in a PENNY start-up screams DILUTION..

the currently 'genius" set of consultants and officers CLAIM buyback program


the educated take is that the big REASON to go "SILENT" was based on a profound understanding that the choppy ethics of Foley were never to be conquered the TRANSPARENT way…….

which then informs the shareholder that any FUTURE here needs to have an equally PROFOUND turn about in management ethics and strategy…………WHICH TELLS me a WHOLE RESTRUCTURING is about to take hold………IF THE NP-1 is as marketed…..to me that is a good chance

the RESTRUCTURE will be SHARES…CEO position….private financing

HOW ELSE CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE COMBINATION of "GREAT PRODUCT" and a DYING PPS????

AND THAT WILL tell the PPS future of NTEK……..not this DEAD in the WATER PPS game we have now
