I'm sure it well be an excellent performer and its my
thought, that with the new "Intel performance metric" it
will be the champ, but will it be also if will look at the
true performance numbers? I stand by my words. If they
launch and ship 3,33G in Q3, they will grab the clear crown for
a short while. Will they ship up to 3G, I'm "sure" just today,
that they aren't able to claim a performance lead.
Edit:
The crown competition ONLY!!! depends on, how fast AMD could
start (ramp) 65nm in volume! The samples are working nicely, but I'm
not sure (have no manuf. infos), when they finally turn the
volume knob to the right ...

Yes I know ... and we will see that in a short time - I'm not
so sure about 65nm volume. Performance is really good, more
than we (AMD) could expect so early, but I'm not sure, whether
the equipment came in "early"?
Seems like KLA shipped recently new steppers, but I don't know,
how the AMAT timetable looks like?
