... WE - WE dropped the APPEAL because............................

...dropping the APPEAL was in THE BANK's "best interest".................

...the FDIC's position is the SEIZURE was justified.............but ongoing litigation was not........................the problem is/was any STIPULATION had to be presented in the BK CT.............unless the STIPULATION itself, as agreed by both parties, provides for the closure of the BK.......................ingenious legal maneuvering..............

...so what did the FDIC put into the STIP..........???????...........the BK POL will reveal............very, very soon..................................
