A big sell of PEII does not mean dilution. One of the most incorrect and naive comments I have ever seen posted on Ihub. No one but the broker, the transfer agent and the client know who sold. you have no clue who sold or why. Only the client knows why they sold. If they bought the stock and then sold it absolutely has NOTHING to do with dilution.

The issuance of new shares that DILUTE percentage of individual shareholder ownership by increasing the number of outstanding shares is dilution.
