New CEO Nikitas Tsoukalas owns FANEX as well. From what I understand it is a funding company. He has partnered FANEX and GITA (Get It Tunes Agora). He has just brought UMNG from CE Skull and Crossbones to Pink Current with a ton of filings.

I could be wrong, but I believe he will be changing the ticker symbol and name soon. GITA is their main project.
