I sold pfds spring 2012 but held on to my common.
Entered back into pfd Aug 17th at HOD $1
sold my commons and all other positions to consolidate into pfds last March- got like 33 days to go to be long term.
I am looking to diversify then.
I used to be pretty deep in ACAS, like the management team etc....
These guys are serious. Had a client they bought and sold. These guys are intense.
Anyway- at the time ACAS was the lower tranche on many items, so while they the first tranches were getting paid and ACAS not so much they still were entitled to the future earnings. Is this still the case? Is there a boatload of money for them once they spin off.
Also Do they still Own the Europe portfolio- at the time is was a burden- Now maybe an opportunity????
