PHOT and their stand off approach to the stock, is not
working.
Like it or not, news, media appearances, articles, promos,
drives the otc.
Their pride is killing the stock.
They had the nerve to say to shareholders you have all the
news you needed with FITX deal.
But, their is no deal, really, because their is no license.

So, this is a shout out to management, thanks for nothing.
