The O/S prior to the R/S was 1.14B according to ETRADE.
Bloomberg shows Robert Rico as the president of HIPHD.
ETRADE will not allow me to trade HIPHD. Etrade had me
wait 12 calender days for another stock of mine that did
a R/S at the beginning of this month. I am glad they did
because that stock is now up almost 600%. However, that stock
followed their R/S up with a strong PR.
