He was giving an example of what a 20:1 R/S would make the pps on THAT DAY, not necessarily saying that the R/S would be that high. No one knows what the pps will be when they decide to R/S. Ask yourself, would the CEO intentionally reduce the amount of shares HE PERSONALLY holds along with the rest of the large investors? Please stop implying that a R/S will occur soon. You are completely making things up for no good reason.
