Getting closer.....

283 MM current outstanding...... Minus 165MM for Dror plus 25MM for another insider, forgot his name offhand but it's in the filings. Minus close to 50MM JUST for THIS board. That leaves ONLY about 40MM that we know about, likely even lower than that. The 750MM shares are restricted for one year so we are safe with that. The 2 Billion AS would include that 750 which can't be touched for a while. And the management has No incentive for diluting the other shares since that would also dilute their percentage of ownership. And IF there was any dilution it would be to raise capital or make an acquisition which would increase value of company anyway.

To be honest, I really don't feel a need to convince anyone to buy this stock since I know what is going to happen either way. Once .075 breaks on volume .15 is here in less than a heartbeat. After that.....we shall see. This stock is blowing through resistances faster than.....well I'll keep it clean!!!! Hahaha
