Assuming that management would like to increase share price, the opinion that www.bakedamerican.com will come to fruition as a working marijuana website, given the current hype around the marijuana sector, is not an irrational opinion to hold.

Management knows the effect on share price of publishing a weed web site, by observation of the effect on competitor's share prices of those who published similar sites.
