Well the company's shares have taken off…good for all of you longs..but to read how you all think this is going up due to the financials of this company improving... are just smoking crack. Its going up due to the company having hired a stock promoter..thats it people…For those of you who know how to read the Q,,, i suggest you do so..The company has authorized upwards of 1.1 billion shares that can be issued.. Thats a BILLION with a B people… look at the convertible securities this company has yet to be converted.. problem for you all is you ignore the real facts,,,they can convert any time so you'll never see it happen until you open the newest Q and wham…this company can have 100MM in revenue and lets say for S%$ts and Giggles they earn 20MM.. On what will easily be 300MM shares outstanding minimally by the sunmer..by year end if thats all thats outstanding..thats six cents a share.. But what happens if they don't come close..say the numbers are halved or even worse…what if the outstanding has increase to a more likely 500MM...watch out. you're lucky to be seeing the current stock price…AT last Fridays closing price..This is a fking gift people..take it . if not you'll just be one in the long line of people who get scammed…by the way..dont take advice from a "DR" who's not only... NOT a doctor..but can't spell..the dude in my opinion is nothing but a stock promoter who is dumping his own shares to you poor old souls..give you some advice.. take a look at his Facebook and website.. It won't be long (in my opinion) until some very interested regulators are doing the same. This stock will easily be back under 10 cents by Tuesday's close..and back under .07 by weeks end..JUST WATCH. This has been a miracle gift for the longs..take it and move on
