I'm thinking that this horrible weather will be a long-term trend for us. Someone needs to contact the Canadians to find out how to cope with this weather. Then they need to write it down so we can plan for the future. Right now, we're just spinning our snow blowers and not getting anywhere.

I'm not joking about finding out from our northern cousins how to cope as a nation. I'm happily in Western Washington near the coast so this isn't really bothering me personally though I feel for all of those affected.
