Lasers--so in the desired scenario of FDA approved BLA based on "Break Through" tech--allowing $ACTC to Commercialize soon--ACTC's funding would come from $$$ revenues flowing in from all the treated patients, (and then, probably an R/S to get institutional buyers?)
