My question is and has been,
Is there anything new to this patent application other than appealing a final rejection notice? I haven't seen any link to that being the case and apologize if there is. If there's not then why would anyone think there would be any more commercial success potential to Onko-Sur than there has been in the past, especially if another company already has the rights to much of Asia for 100k per year? I mean even if they got around the millions of debt and reverse merged, what makes anyone believe Onko-Sur would be more successful? I'm not predicting share prices here, just talking about from a business perspective.
