Hello MDM The inaugural Divy/Spinoff of Gear shares cut off date I think was back in November, and one had to be a LVGI shareholder at the time when GEAR was spun off to receive the GEAR Divy's (there was a cutoff date). There are no more Gear Divy's available after the share cutoff date. I think the next offer, if this incubator process continues to be successful as it has been in the past may be the SLAM shares if that intity is spun off like GEAR was. That is all speculative on my SLAM projection and the turn of events that could likely take place going forward. GLTY
