My point is that I believe Telogis purchased just the assets of Remote Dynamics, not the liabilities including the stock RMTD. Telogis is listed as a "private" company, not public.
By purchasing the assets, they could buy the patents, the technology, the products, and then leave the rest behind.

If they were doing so well in 2013 and were public with RMTD stock, wouldn't it have gone up?
