Nomore CEO, I hate to be a broken record but lets not lose sight of two factual and realistic things.

1) Emil said clearly that he asked the BOD to not be the proactive type, he didn't want to bring unnecessary attention to the company that could affect the patents until they were all physically in hand.

2) Perhaps we have not heard anything because of a confidentiality agreement signed between two negotiating parties (or more), this is a must and usually the first action when any talks of substance are entered into in the real world of business.
