The problem I see isn't that they mislead or pump n dump. The problem is that they don't effectively communicate to its shareholders any specifics. Minimal communication doesn't bring awareness, and no matter how good they may become, it won't move too much. And yes we have a lot of the float locked up, and that could be a problem as much as it may seem like a benefit.
