Im not betting the house on that bullish call. The chart you posted shows that we broke through $1.88 support. Although we hit a HOD of $1.90, we did not close above $1.88, thus no breakout. We'll just have to see what next week brings.

Want to see a bullish move, look at INO. After five tries at breaking through the $3 resistance, it finally broke out with high volume....Congrats Adam
