Well written reply. I like the good DD and postings as of late.


BUT, why didn't Andy file the Reg A for 3 billion @ .001 if what he had planned was SO great!??...

My opinion is that it's because the buyers of the Reg A couldn't unload into the market (retail buyers) and make such outrageous profits.

So Andy basically threw his companies stock/current investors under the bus for the "reported" 3 million to buy the MJ operation that was just filed on February 14th!

I mean come on...he sold 30 BILLION shares @ .0001, and when those buyers sell into us at the current market at an average of .001 to .006 they will make somewhere around $45 MILLION!

I'm sorry, but there had to be a better way than what he has pulled here!! I also have a STRONG suspicion that Andy didn't just get $3 million!


PLUS....the A/S is 100 BILLION and Andy was only approved for 30 billion, so I'm just waiting to see if and when he files for billions more to sell with the SEC.




Gotta run again....I do have a life, I promise! LOL
