Easy, make a list of all MJ tickers and rumored MJ tickers. Watch the L2 frequently throughout the day. When RAFF shows up on the L2 on the ask that means they are taking a stake in the company. They will usually buy alot of the stock so they can steadily walk the pps up. Look at MWIP, from the time they were sub penny until now RAFF has been controlling it and walking it up.
