Really? If you know these precedents, please inform us? Copy and paste would be fine. Did they reference these 'substantial' case law precedents with a Pacer filing? Gosh,I don't see any. My friend's best line in court is this:

I totally agree with a MSJ being standard procedure for stalling a case. But this one has meat on the bones. I bought in at ave .42 cents. Holding strong, because either way, I see WDDD winning, MSJ denied or granted. IMO, just the short term flippers take offense to the truth.
