...i have a question...all Telogis said in 2013 was that they would have an IPO by late 2014...why couldn't they just keep RMTDs IPO...RMTD has been around since the company's inception in 1996 as Highwaymasters Communications, inc which traded under HWYM...RMTD has an established IPO...granted, it has changed names and symbols..but wouldn't it be cheaper and faster to just retain this company's IPO and announce that, rather than go through everything it takes to create an initial IPO?...just brainstorming all weekend (Like alot of you prob)...just curious...
