This isn't an OTC penny stock. This mine made 153M in 2012 and wanted more. So they expanded the mine to get better palladium per ton. This is not going to be death spiral financing and share dilution. Or at least I seriously doubt it. (Opinion of course). But it will be a rough half of the year. By 3Q this will look very promising. Equities are due for big correction as some PE ratios have gone over 100, and money will go into commodities, precious metals and the beaten down miners. Wait and see.
