Good point. I am only asking about the short term, until the banks figure out how to get around the regulators. The guidance is great, but they will be cautious until it is taken down as a schedule 1. My question was not negative, I did get some interesting feedback, I am not bashing! Right now some of the sellers literally have mountains of cash that they are trying to handle!
