Robert Coffy worked for STBV....

And STBV has been around since 2008...

Which means that this Richard Coffy wasn't working for STBV when these complaints were filed in 2008 and 2009. I went to school with a Richard Coffy too. And if you read the WHOLE TWO reports, they are about refurbished HP printers that failed... HP repairs their printers, not the authorized retailer... there are a million of the same complaints on CompUSA, Best Buy, etc... When my HP laptop's motherboard failed, I had to call HP and they sent me a box to ship it to them in for repair... These two people obviously didn't feel like dealing with their own problem.
