Actually, whai is not required to answer yet, because an amended petition (lawsuit) hasn't been filed by the Plaintiff who is supposedly waiting for whai to file the restatements. Discovery usually cannot be had until the answer is filed. So see my drift.... whai is controlling the timing of everything and whai is the one being sued !!!! LMFAO Lead counsel is all foam no beer imho.
