I was there and was paying great attention to the details and energy. Any small doubt that I had was erased by massive amounts of confidence. The level that these guys will operate at will exceed anything that has been done before. Anyone who actually listened to them will know that this will happen and will be huge.

Fitxsy long and strong.

_______'s commentary (will add username upon permission)

They spoke a little bit about how they were going to do some marketing in regards to having the doctors write the scripts and give info on where to get it. The good thing is, in Canada, doctor visits are free. The new regulations are much easier for a person to get a prescription. In the past the doctor had to fill out many papers and send them into Health Canada. Now it's up to the doctors to write the script so number of registered users will drastically grow. The current projection is 500,000 users by the end of this year.

They stated that their cost to grow 1 gram of marijuana is only one dollar, and the retail price is about $9, that's a pretty good profit margin (especially when you project to sell 1 million pounds). I might be mistaken, but I believe I heard him say this year they intend to sell 60,000 pounds.
[$9*28*16*60,000 = $241,920,000 revenues from CEN Biotech this year]

They touched a little bit about what they would do with the excess profit, which would eventually be a billion dollars or so per year, they said that they would be paid back to the investors with dividends.

I can say after leaving this meeting that I feel very very confident with the people Bill has surrounded himself with, from the security detail to a couple of farmers that were also council members, and the ex-mayor of the county. I have spoken to a few people in high places in the Lakeshore community and they are very very excited about this; they would do anything to push this through.

I was at the meeting tonight. My opinion is it is as real as it gets. It appears that the construction of the buildings wont be done as fast as we the shareholders and the company would like. The weather is causing some problems as well on that front. It does appear that health Canada wants them to move quicker then possible at the moment. Which is good news and bad news.

I did record the whole audio of the meeting and since i was front row it is pretty good quality. I got to meet and talk to Bill. I like his energy I must say and I met Dr.Sam who impressed me with his knowledge and his obvious passion for cannibus as a medicine to help people.

Lots of info... has anyone posted audio of video or shall I make the effort to throw it on youtube or something?

Bill said he doesnt plan on a split.

as for health canada asking them to hurry. I dont have any proof.

Thats their word. They seem confident and passionate about what they are doing.

Its just my opinion only that they are good people and im choosing to stand with them and im in this long.

I came out of the meeting feeling more confident in my investment.

They were asked some tough questions which in my opinion they answered with confidence.

They said something along the lines of, noone is making u invest in them, you have the choice to sell it at anytime, if you dont believe in them then they dont want those kind of shareholders. So sell.

simple

I believe its as real as it gets and the vision and the goal is to be the top of the industry. They aren't taking short cuts. They have a great team in place, They introduced the ex dea agent and homeland security. 2 former agents on the force as well. OPP station pretty much on site 400 yards away.

reality is like i said, it will take a little longer then we all want. But its real. Hold strong and long. Give the team time and they will deliver.

Time will prove it. my opinion of coarse.

im guessing MAY we are running ....

Good morning MADD and the rest of us long FITX junkies.
On Thursday night I couldn't take the suspense anymore so I booked a flight from NY to Detroit and said it's time to see it with my own eyes. I am going up to lakeshore this am to verify what most of us believe will be the largest and safest grow op in the world in the coming years.
On a side note while playing 3 card at the casino my dealer started some small talk so I told why I was here and she said "Oh I've heard them talking about this facility for months and I just hope it brings the jobs to lakeshore like they say. She lives in lakeshore.
On another note she said something about American contractors doing a lot of the work. That I haven't verified. But she wasn't happy about that.
On another not on my flight I sat next to the CEO from benzinga and he couldn't believe that I knew his company( it's a newswire. He then asked if I ever heard of AB and I said of course. While sitting on the tarmac he picked up the phone and called him put me on the phone and we talked. Apparently he was supposed to have attended but had to cancel so I asked if he was going to ever endorse FITX and he said you apparently don't subscribe to 420 investor because I put a buy on it yesterday.
Guys and girls put your seat belts on for the FITX ROCKET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

http://news.nationalpost.com/2014/01/17/medical-marijuana-production-in-canada-set-for-dramatic-change/

“Health Canada is monitoring producers closely,” a department spokesman said in response to questions from the National Post this week. “We remain confident that there will be adequate production levels under the [MMPR].”

But according to Privateer CEO Brendan Kennedy, Health Canada officials “seemed very worried about production levels” in meetings they held seven months ago. The feds anticipated a supply shortfall and a dearth of qualified producers, he recalls.

“Health Canada had valid concerns” about the authorized license applications they were receiving last year, says Mr. Kennedy. Many displayed a “lack of sophistication” about the medical marijuana industry, or had a “lack of capital,” he says. The department “was concerned about the ability of new licence holders to meet demand.

With all that in mind, the federal government actively encouraged his venture capital firm to invest in the Canadian medical marijuana trade, says Mr. Kennedy.

“We went to Toronto in June 2013 to meet with Health Canada and they asked us to work with some of the applicants investing in Canada,” he recalls. “They asked if we’d be interested in meeting with applicants who needed funding. I believe that Health Canada reached out to us. They asked us to come to Canada.”
