Let me add the following: Davyd Field will be announced as new board member/BOD and/or new Chairman. That makes absolutely sense, see my former posts some minutes ago. JMHO and speculation.

Absolutely. Next week will be explosive and we will see at least two announcements:

- new partner (I bet its VORTEX)
- new BOD (I bet its Davyd Field)

and perhaps
- new website based on newest technology
