They are still in negotiations. It may be a good idea to avoid bringing up rumours when referring to where we are in the process,as the company itself is officially stating to do so. Around here, "any day now" and "near finalization" have become synonymous with this week is a bust. Actually , more like this month is a bust. Or would it be this quarter is a bust?
