I've not seen that rumor anywhere and I've bought all I'm going to for now. We need news or at the very least some kind of update from the company. Somebody should call that securities firm again and see if they have helped viva raise the capital they need to get this deal done.

We are now what? 3 mos. after the closing of the deal was supposed to take place? They need to make a decision one way or the other, and it most defiitely does not need to be dilution to the shareholders who have been patient and are awaiting a good return on their investment.
