curtisw184, my educated guess on TTDZ Price Direction...

In my opinion, I believe that TTDZ is going to be heading somewhere north of .20+ per share for starters. I’m not going to use a long drawn out valuation post (for now). I’m just going to base this logic off of the eye test. I look around at some of the other Marijuana (MMJ) companies to see that some of them are trading way higher than where TTDZ is currently trading. N my opinion, TTDZ looks far more professional just with the amount that we know of thus far. Still, we know that there is so much more to be released as TTDZ is still in its infant stages.

To add, its location being in California (CA) is huge. The state of CA have been receiving more than $100,000,000 in Annual Medical Cannabis (MMJ) Tax Revenues since 1996. This means that the state of CA has been generating over $1 Billion in MMJ Revenues. I will use the thoughts I posted before elsewhere below to further elaborate on how the $1 Billion in Revenues from Medical Cannabis sales for the state of CA transpires based on the known tax amount received from the data stated within the article below. Within the article below, a recent study revealed that medical cannabis sales generated $100,000,000 in annual tax revenues for the state of California:

…Medical cannabis has been legal in California since 1996, when voters passed the landmark Proposition 215. A recent study revealed that medical cannabis sales generate upwards of $100 million in annual tax revenues for the state. …

The information below is officially from The Tax Foundation and confirms that the State Corporate Income Tax Rates for the state of California was 8.84% in 2012 (and is actually the same 8.84% for 2013 too):

State Corporate Income Tax Rates, 2000-2013

The question to ask to mathematically derive the over $1 Billion amount that I mentioned for deriving the $100,000,000 in State Corporate Income Taxes is…

$100,000,000 is 8.84% of what total amount with X representing the total amount?

So now you must ask yourself… With the state of California generating over $1,131,221,719 in Revenues from the sale of marijuana for this past tax year, is it possible for TTDZ/Green Cures, Inc. to be part of this revenue stream to justify the over .20+ per share amount that I believe? That answer is a clear… Yes… it is possible… very possible.
