Doesn't look like it matters much if you take out the ask. The price isn't going anywhere as long as there is someone always selling 1and 2 shares @.13 to bring the price back down. Lots if good news as of late but this stock is still off the radar. This company needs a strong promo campaign to find new investors. Agree?
