PHMB was sleeping "Dog" "Cancer" treatment business processing company. Last news I heard was they would set up the Lab in some college. And it has been slept 5 years and beginning to wake up.

I have been holding 10 mil shares. Actually I gave up to sell and forgotten. I realized today this started moving up since last Friday. Very interesting. I guess they may start to build the lab to cure the dog cancer and related inside guy made the fire to grab this at lowest price.
