I am sorry you are unhappy but I am raising money for the company so that it can continue to operate.

If you want to contact the SEC, please do so as I am selling stock and raising money with a Reg A Exemption
and the SEC Qualified the Offering. I would be glad to send you the letter from the SEC that made the Offering Effective.
