First, it's not fresh off the start line. You can talk about new personnel all you want but SNEY has been down this road before.

Second, why predict numbers if you don't intend on hitting them?

SNEY said 6 dredges operating by mid Feb. If that didn't get accomplished you wouldn't be disappointed?
