Actually, "insiders" should be split into two groups: officers and non-officers. The biggest so-called "insider" traders are beneficial owners, not company officers.

Looking at officers only, April was the lowest month since July 2001 (although April tends to be a rather low month). Looking at all insiders, April was actually a fairly strong buying month, better, in fact, than six of the last seven months.

Hard work often pays off over time,
but laziness always pays off right now.
