thx for the advice, but i'm in since $1.90s. a turnaround story with a lot to come (LTE technology in the US, China, India ...). outlook is really strong and the O/S is only 59M shares. i really think more to come here.

and for the fast pop - breaking $3 will spike it fast, imo.
