Found some info about peter michaels and the historyof his squatting cases and the bankruptcy attorney he uses to keep rights to the properties he "squats" on
The attorney helped Michaels in a squatting case ... not the current squatting case(I don't think, have to go back to look)... one of the other 7 (I think I counted 7, at least 5) squatting cases. Oh yea, the current squatting case is due for trial in April, I believe. I saw the ECig and Green Frog Fund had squatting cases as well. Another company that Peter and Carrie Michaels started, Nuvell Financial, had a bankruptcy that was associated with a squatting case.. the same attorney filed the bankruptcy. He was also the registered agent for Nuvell Financial in CA. Case No RIC 1109209, filed in Riverside, if anyone wants to look it up.
