Hard to argue this point..Many ARTR investors will dump on the first pop, no 2ways about it, and I think management knows that.....There is no serious buyers yet to make this pop/create demand, however rest assured ARTR will create some fluff news/promo to bring this up or simply 0.0002 will be here sooner than I think..,,, maybe even make something up to Aline with MJ as is the norm these days..At that point take advantage of it, this will drop after another massive dump, and go through another year of meaningless post/and FACEBOOK updates for the inspirational..
